Return and exchange policy
We thank you for shopping with us! What is our return policy? All items are final sale unless you want to exchange size or an item is damaged. You need to contact us 12 days after the date of delivery stated in the tracking information. If the 12 days have gone by since you received your package unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please contact us as soon as you notice something wrong with your purchase.
Available to return
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags, no stains, nothing must be washed or even shrunk, can’t have any oder or damaged, stretched or are shrunk. Items must be eligible for resale.
We don’t do refunds, we only exchange items if an item is damaged. We also accept exchange sizes. Unfortunately we don’t guarantee your size being in stock, we can’t save any items. We also do offer switching your item for another item that is the same price.

All Items on sale are FINAL sale.
All swimwear is FINAL Sale.
WHITE clothing are FINAL sale.
Bodysuits are FINAL sale.
Accessories are FINAL sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your return item and inspected it, we will send you an email notifying that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you letting you know if your item is approved or not approved for a refund.
If you are approved we will send you an email with a code that will have the amount of the price your items you are returning so you can exchange it for something else.
Shipping
Buyers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are shipping items over $75 we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return items. We are not responsible items lost during shipping.
Returns must include original receipt or a note including: full name the order was placed in, how many items are you returning, the order number and reason to why your are returning the item
